A WILL an official written succession document which notifies the wishes of the Testator (the person who writes the will) for distribution of his/ her accumulated assets and wealth, to the members of his/ her family, charitable organizations, relatives, friends and so on, after his death. In absence of an official will, the wealth is distributed amongst official inheritors according to applicable succession laws.
